About WeiTA
WeiTA (We are Human in TA) is a strategic talent partner to enterprises, global capability centres and startups across India. Our purpose is to bring the human back into human resources, so talent and business always stay together.
We work by one belief: Talent Decisions Driven By Conversation.
Why WeiTA started
Businesses are growing rapid, and the skills they need are becoming more specialised. Yet most companies still find people the old way. They wait until a job opens, post it, sort through CVs, and hope the right person shows up. This is called requisition-based or transactional hiring, where every job is a one-time deal that starts from zero.
Over time, this process became a cost, and it created a distance between companies and the people they need. By the time a role opens, the best people are already busy elsewhere, and the role sits empty for months.
What is new
WeiTA brings a new operating model for talent acquisition. We start before the job opens. Companies move from transactional hiring to a standing talent ecosystem, a circle of the right people who already know the company and its leaders and are ready when a need comes up.
The heart of this is the Talent Connect room. In a single day, it brings potential talent and the company’s leaders together in one room. They talk, work on real problems together, and get to know each other. Beyond the room, WeiTA keeps attracting and engaging potential talent regularly.
What it offers clients
WeiTA gives its partners five things in one package: critical and niche hiring, employer branding, a stronger employee value proposition, market intelligence, and campus and early-career talent.
How we work
Attract. Understand the capability the business needs next, map where it sits, and bring the right professionals in.
Engage. Keep those professionals
