Role Description The HR Recruiter at Acrapath will work on-site in Delhi, India, in a full-time capacity, owning end-to-end recruitment for professional roles across multiple industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews,



and coordinating assessments and panel interviews with hiring managers. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems. The HR Recruiter will manage candidate communication, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role requires maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and continuously improving hiring processes in line with Acrapath’s standards of transparency and quality.
