The Digital & Technology Vendor Management Office (VMO) is responsible for maximizing value from Delta's largest technology supplier relationships through governance, utilization optimization, performance management, and strategic vendor engagement.

As a Senior Vendor Management Analyst supporting the Software & SaaS portfolio, you will help govern a diverse portfolio of enterprise software providers, cloud platforms, AI technology vendors, infrastructure software partners, data platforms, observability tools, security applications, developer platforms, and productivity technologies.

These suppliers represent hundreds of millions of dollars in annual technology investment and are critical to Delta's digital transformation, AI strategy, software engineering productivity, operational effectiveness, and customer experience capabilities.

You will partner closely with technology leaders, product teams, architects, procurement, finance, engineering organizations,



and supplier account teams to ensure software investments deliver measurable value to the business.

Role Overview

The Senior Vendor Management Analyst serves as a strategic analyst supporting supplier governance across Delta's Software & SaaS portfolio.
