What you'll own:

A Service Planning Manager oversees service operations, capacity forecasting, resource allocation, and continuous improvement to ensure service delivery aligns with customer demand and business goals.

What you'll do:

• Demand & Capacity Planning: Forecast service volume, manage service portfolios, and align labor, parts, or technical resources with expected demand
• Inventory & Spares Management: Oversee spare parts planning,



warehouse transfers, and current product introduction (NPI) or end-of-life (EOL) service lifecycles
• SLA & KPI Tracking: Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), response times, resolution rates, and operational efficiency metrics
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and field operations to build volume forecasts and consensus plans
• Process Optimization: Analyze service gaps, track root causes of delays, and implement workflow or continuous improvement initiatives
• Budget & Resource Management: Prepare and track departmental budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control strategies

What you'll bring:

• Education qualification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 8+ years of experience in service planning, supply chain, project management, or operations
• Industry creden
