We are looking for a skilled QA Techno-Functional Tester with strong experience in functional testing, test case design, SQL validation, and technical testing. The candidate should have a good understanding of business requirements, application workflows, and database validation to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, defect triage meetings,



and test review sessions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release validation.
• Ensure proper test coverage and maintain test execution reports.

Required Skills
• Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing and Techno-Functional Testing.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• Robust SQL skills for backend and database validation.
• Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Understanding of web-based applications, integrations, and application workflows.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
