Role Description The Business Development Associate (Sales) role at Crio.Do is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective learners or institutional partners, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Crio.Do’s programs and value proposition. The associate will manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demos,



respond to queries, and guide prospects through the enrollment or partnership process. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and working towards individual and team sales targets. The role also requires continuous market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings, and contributing feedback to improve Crio.Do’s courses and sales processes.
