Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Senior Associate (L2) – International Insurance Voice Process in Kochi.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in International Insurance Voice Operations, Claims Processing, Healthcare Insurance, Benefits Administration, or Provider Support.
Significant: Candidates without relevant International Insurance Voice Process experience may not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle complex insurance and benefits administration activities independently.
• Review insurance claims and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage provider outreach, claims follow-ups,
and case resolution.
• Resolve processing exceptions and escalated queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
• Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
• Support process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
• Undergraduate qualification or above.
• Relevant International Insurance Voice Process experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 Level).
• Experience handling international customers or healthcare providers.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and claims workflows.
• Ability to handle complex insurance-related scenarios.
• Comfortable with US rotational night shifts.
• Willing to work from office in Kochi.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
