Role Description The Student Enrolment Manager is a full-time, responsible for managing and driving student enrolments for Promilo’s programs and services. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, explaining course offerings and benefits, and guiding them through the enrolment process. The Student Enrolment Manager will respond to inquiries via calls, messages, and digital platforms, maintain accurate enrolment records,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily activities include counseling students, conducting follow-ups, supporting training or orientation sessions, and providing excellent customer service to meet enrolment targets while upholding Promilo’s standards.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with prospective students, explaining programs clearly, and building trust.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive enrolment experience.
• Education and Training exposure to understand academic or professional programs and guide students effectively.
• Coaching skills to counsel learners, support their decision-making, and motivate them toward successful enrolment.
• Relevant experience in admissions, student counseling, sales, or inside business development is preferred.
• Ability to work with CRM or enrolment man
