The Senior Recruiter contributes to the MSX Vision, Mission and Purpose by actively partnering with stakeholders and supporting the end-to-end Talent Attraction Process. As first point of contact for hiring managers, the role defines recruitment needs, sourcing and screening approaches, working with Business owners and Market specialists through to the recruitment phase. The role plays a key part in improving selection effectiveness and providing a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Run end-to-end recruitment for diversified positions across the business




• Engage hiring managers and business owners on recruitment needs and pipelines
• Source candidates via active and passive channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)
• Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews
• Create targeted job advertisements and employer branding content
• Manage candidate data in ATS and HRIS systems
• Coordinate interview loops, assessments and offer management
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAs
• Support onboarding and integration of current employees
• Liaise with senior recruiters and recruitment team leaders on complex roles
• Build candidate experience through proactive communication
• Identify and propose selection process improvements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
