About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive who enjoys fashion, understands customer needs and can convert enquiries into purchases. You will engage with customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, WhatsApp, private shopping sessions and community events.
This role suits someone with retail or fashion sales experience who can build lasting customer relationships and take ownership of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand customers’ preferences, budgets, sizes and shopping occasions, and recommend suitable products.
• Convert enquiries from digital channels, referrals,



events and community activities into appointments and orders.
• Follow up with interested customers, pending selections and abandoned carts in a helpful, professional manner.
• Explain product details, availability, offers, delivery options and Try at Home eligibility accurately.
• Support sales at exhibitions, private gatherings, residential community activations and premium club events.
• Work with the Personal Shopper to curate selections and assist customers during shopping appointments.
• Coordinate with merchandising and operations teams on stock availability, orders, payments and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, preferences, lead sources and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Build repeat business through personalised recommendations, post-purchase follow-ups and referrals.
• Share customer feedback, objections and reasons for lost sales with the team.
