Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with mandatory MarTech (Marketing Technology) and CMS (Content Management System) experience to lead end-to-end technology delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in project planning, delivery governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget tracking, and cross-functional team coordination. Experience managing MarTech and CMS-related projects is essential, along with a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities• Manage multiple projects from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and governance dashboards.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders,



development teams, MarTech/CMS teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, financial tracking, and delivery forecasts.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management and SDLC practices.
• Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Track KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Resolve cross-functional blockers and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 6–9 years of relevant project management experience in IT, digital transformation, or software delivery.
• Mandatory hands-on project delivery experience in MarTech and CMS
