What We’re Looking For…

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Benefits & HR Operations Specialist to join our People team in Hyderabad, India. This role will play a key part in supporting our global employees, with primary responsibility for benefits administration and significant hands-on ownership of global HR operations across the employee lifecycle.





The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience administering employee benefits in India, working knowledge of U.S. benefits programs and practices, and substantial prior experience independently administering core employee lifecycle processes in a global organization. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for employees, helping them navigate benefits, leave programs, onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and other HR processes while partnering closely with our global People team, Payroll, Finance, benefits brokers, carriers, and other external vendors.

Beyond benefits, this is a senior, hands-on HR Operations role. The successful candidate will have material, prior experience across the employee lifecycle disciplines this position will own, enabling them to quickly establish and maintain a solid, scalable global HR foundation.
