Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Zuno EduIntelligence is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs,



and preparing proposals that align with Zuno’s solutions. The Executive will maintain and grow key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and track performance against sales targets. This role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing market feedback, and representing the organization at events, seminars, and outreach activities as needed.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying opportunities and converting prospects into clients.
• Solid understanding of Business development processes, including pipeline management and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Experience in Account Management, with the capacity to nurture long-term client relationships and
