Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy OpenText xECM integrations with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, etc.).
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces using OpenText REST APIs, BAPIs, and OData services for bi-directional document syncing.
• Map HR document workflows (offer letters, contracts, performance reviews) to OpenText metadata models and retention policies.




• Collaborate with functional SAP SF consultants to align integration logic with client business processes and compliance needs.
• Troubleshoot integration errors, optimize sync performance, and document technical configurations for handover.
• Support UAT, provide training materials, and deliver production deployment with minimal downtime.
