Role Description The CRM Sales role at Toyo Kombucha is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships through the CRM platform, including maintaining accurate customer data, tracking interactions, and segmenting audiences for targeted communication.



The CRM Sales professional will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and analyzing customer metrics, preparing reports on sales performance and customer behavior, and recommending improvements to the sales process. The role also involves direct communication with key accounts, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a consistent, positive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess CRM management skills, including data entry, segmentation, workflow setup, and customer lifecycle tracking.
• Candidates should possess sales and account management skills, such as lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills, including proficiency with reports, dashboards, basic Excel or similar tools, and data-driven decision making
