About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR & Recruitment team. This chance is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in Technical Recruitment and Human Resources. The internship will be for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time employment opportunity based on the candidate’s performance, skills, and overall contribution during the internship.
The role will have a strong focus on recruitment,
with approximately 90% of the responsibilities dedicated to Recruitment and 10% involving other HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment – 90%
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify candidate requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, availability, and interest in the opportunity.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding candidate status and interview feedback.
• As
