Role Description The Assistant Professor / Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Prestige Institute of Management & Research in Gwalior. The role involves designing and delivering lectures, tutorials,



and training sessions across relevant management and IT programs, using contemporary teaching methods and learning technologies. Responsibilities include developing course materials, assessing student performance, mentoring learners, and maintaining academic records in line with institutional and university guidelines. The individual will contribute to curriculum development, participate in academic and administrative committees, and support accreditation, quality assurance, and other institutional initiatives. Engagement in research, industry interaction, seminars, workshops, and continuous career development activities is also expected.

• Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, M.Com, MCA, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from a recognized university; PhD or enrollment in a doctoral program is preferred.
