Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager/Executive to drive business growth in corporate car leasing, car rental, and fleet management services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for car leasing and car rental services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with SMEs, MNCs, and other corporate customers.
• Promote short-term car rentals, monthly rentals, and long-term car leasing solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, rental agreements, and service contracts.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and vehicle availability.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular business reports.
• Identify market trends and new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales and corporate sales experience.
• Experience in business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close business deals.
• Experience in car leasing, car rental, fleet management, or automotive corporate sales will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

• 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Experience handling corporate clients and developing recent business.
• Candidates with experience in car leasing and car rental companies will be given preference.
