Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Nashik, responsible for driving sales and market development for Kay Bee Bio-Organics’ crop protection portfolio in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and onboarding distributors and retailers, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits and relationship building with farmers, FPOs, and agribusiness partners. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute territory-level sales strategies, conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings, and support training programs on residue-free and organic farming practices. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends and competitor activities, preparing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating with marketing and technical teams for campaigns and trials, and ensuring timely collections and adherence to company policies
