About BeatRouteBeatRoute is a Goal-Driven AI platform for retail sales and distribution.
We work with over 200 brands in FMCG, consumer goods, building materials, pharmaceuticals and more, including Valvoline, Unilever, Perfetti Van Melle, Hero Motors and JSW Paints, across 20+ countries.
Our buyers are sales heads, distribution heads and CXOs at these brands. They spend their time on LinkedIn, so social is often where they first hear about us. Your job is to make what they see there worth reading.
The roleYou'll own BeatRoute's social presence end to end. LinkedIn comes first, because that's where our buyers are, but the role goes well beyond it.

• Plan and run the BeatRoute company page: what we post, when, and why.
• Help our founders and leaders post regularly in their own voice.
• Turn our product updates, customer stories, events and reports into posts people actually read.
• Grow reach and real conversations with sales and distribution leaders.
• Build a measurable lead pipeline from social: track the leads,



conversations and revenue pipeline that social brings in.
• Find influencers in our space and build a community around them, through free collaborations and paid ones.
• Grow YouTube and Instagram as additional channels.
• Track what works and do more of it.

Who we're looking for• You've run social media for B2B brands, and you can show the results.
• Your own profile proves it. People engage with what you post.
• You're proficient with AI and use technology as a force multiplier, for research, writing, design, analysis and execution.
• You write well and have a feel for hooks, formats and timing.
• You can take a dry B2B topic and make it compelling.
• You've worked with creators or influencers, on free collaborations and paid ones.
• B2B experience is a plus, not a must.
