Key Responsibilities
• Develop & Execute the Contract Manufacturing Strategy for Specialty Chemicals.
• Build & Manage a Strong Network of Strategic Manufacturing Partners.
• Identify, Evaluate & Onboard Contract / Toll / Custom Manufacturing Partners.
• Lead Technical, Commercial, Quality, EHS & Financial due Diligence.
• Drive Commercial Negotiations, Costing, Margins & long-term Manufacturing Agreements.
• Lead Technology Transfer, Scale-up & Commercialisation of New Products.
• Ensure Capacity Availability, Supply Continuity, On Time In Full Delivery & Cost Optimisation.
• Drive Partner Performance on Quality, Yield, Productivity, EHS & Compliance.
• Work Closely With R&D;, Supply Chain, Quality, & Business Development Teams.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships, Alliances & Potential Joint Ventures With Manufacturing Partners.
• Support Global Customer Requirements, Audits & Technical Evaluations.
• Build Contract Manufacturing into a Scalable,



Profitable & Asset-light Growth Platform.

Candidate Profile
• A Chemical / Mechanical Engineer with about 10-15 years of experience in Specialty Chemicals / Fine Chemicals / Performance Chemicals / Chemical Intermediates.
• Strong Experience in Contract Manufacturing / Toll Manufacturing / Custom Manufacturing / External Manufacturing.
• Strong Techno-Commercial understanding of Chemical Manufacturing.
• Proven Experience in Partner Identification, Qualification & Management.
• Strong Negotiation, Commercial & Stakeholder Management Skills.
• Experience in Technology Transfer, Scale-Up & Current Product Commercialisation.
• Exposure to Global Customers / International Markets Preferred.
• Strong Understanding of Quality, EHS & Regulatory Requirements.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset with the Ability to Build & Scale a Business.
