Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify potential leads,



engage with prospective partners and customers, and support revenue growth initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand trends and customer needs, preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and conversions. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine strategies, optimize sales funnels, and improve overall business performance. The associate is expected to consistently meet activity and conversion targets while representing BrightCHAMPS with professionalism and a strong focus on impact in education.

Qualifications
• Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
• Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and qualification.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze competitors
