Role Description This full time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Jaipur and is responsible for leading sales activities for San Bal Ispat. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting and monitoring targets, and tracking performance against revenue goals. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships,



and negotiating pricing and contracts in coordination with management. The Sales Manager will work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate billing. The position also includes preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Copper or related industrial sectors.
• Strong skills in business development, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
