Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns across multiple platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with designers and writers, publishing posts, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing content based on performance metrics. The Social Media Manager will also track analytics,



prepare reports for internal and client stakeholders, and stay current with platform updates and trends to inform strategy.
Qualifications
• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand pages on major platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for audience engagement, community management, and clear internal collaboration.
• Experience using social media analytics tools and insights to refine campaigns and improve performance.
• Familiarity with basic design principles and collaboration with creative teams for visually consistent content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a rapid-paced, in office team environment.
