Kaleva is a fourth-generation heritage brand of Indian sweets and namkeen, established in 1983 and rooted in Bikaner. We run multiple retail outlets across Delhi NCR from a central production facility and sell through Blinkit, our own D2C website, and corporate gifting. Our sister brand, Crème n Crisp, is a premium bakery and fusion sweets outlet in Gole Market.
We're growing, and we need someone who can tell us exactly where we make money and where we don't.
What you'll do
• Prepare monthly P&L; for each outlet and channel (retail, Blinkit, D2C, gifting)
• Run production costing: cost per kg for each SKU from the central kitchen, and its transfer to outlets
• Allocate rent, staff, utilities, wastage and overheads to each outlet
• Track sales month on month and outlet against outlet
• Flag loss-making outlets, SKUs and channels, and explain why
• Maintain clean books across two entities and coordinate with our CA on GST and compliance
• Present a monthly MIS report directly to the owner
What we're looking for
• B.Com or M.Com; CMA (Inter) preferred
• 2–4 years in accounts or MIS, preferably in F&B;, QSR or retail
• Exposure to costing or inventory is a robust plus
• Strong Tally or Zoho Books and Excel skills; POS experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with messy data
• Can explain numbers in plain language, not just make reports
