Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities with employers, insurers, and healthcare partners, as well as expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research,



preparing and delivering tailored presentations, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine offerings, respond to client inquiries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth in key markets.
