About the Role
Edumiles Travels LLP is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Operations Specialist in Tour and Travel Company to drive business growth, generate new leads, build robust client relationships, and increase sales in the tour and travel industry.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a basic understanding of travel products, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle travel-related leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.




• Convert leads into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
• Provide information regarding destinations, itineraries, pricing, DMCs, and travel arrangements.
• Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• ·Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
