Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Dholera. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring material usage, and maintaining quality control records. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, and reporting project progress to senior engineers and management.



The Site Engineer will also support adherence to timelines, cost controls, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills, including supervision of civil works and coordination with civil engineers.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills to ensure compliance with standards, safety norms, and inspection procedures.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, support design implementation, and address technical issues.
