Role Overview
We are looking for two passionate, highly driven, and detail-oriented Legal Associates to join our in-house legal team at our Hyderabad headquarters. This position is built for an ambitious junior legal skilled with a strong fire to learn, a high-ownership mindset, and the resilience to thrive in a high-octane, fast-paced commercial setting. Key Responsibilities
• Document Vetting & Contract Review: Review, vet, and proofread commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Vendor Contracts, Licensing, SaaS, and IP Transfer Agreements) with high speed and accuracy to mitigate legal, financial, and proprietary risks.
• Intellectual Property (IP) Management: Support the vetting, registration, and protection of company IP assets (trademarks, copyrights, software code, trade secrets, and proprietary tech); review IP ownership and assignment clauses across vendor and client contracts.
• Drafting & Documentation: Draft standard contracts, formal legal notices, addendums, IP assignment deeds, and corporate communications under supervision.
• Agile Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with Sales, Software Development, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to deliver swift, practical legal solution
