Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Strategy Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign planning, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and create engaging audience experiences aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities• Support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other channels.
• Develop content strategies and audience journeys to improve engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Conduct content audits to evaluate existing assets, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, digital marketing,



and analytics teams to deliver consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Support the creation of marketing briefs, campaign plans, presentations, and brand communication materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Apply a test-and-learn approach to improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and marketing outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and campaign assets.
