Role Description The Manager Analytical Method Validation is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing analytical method validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards. Daily tasks include designing validation protocols,
reviewing and interpreting analytical data, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and production teams. The manager leads and mentors laboratory staff, ensures proper use and maintenance of analytical instruments, and supports troubleshooting of methods and equipment. The role also involves participating in audits, implementing best practices in laboratory operations, and driving continuous improvement in analytical methodologies and documentation.
