About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns for our company and international clients.

The ideal candidate should understand both organic social media growth and performance marketing, with a strong focus on engagement, lead generation and conversions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong practical knowledge of *Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)*.
- Experience planning, running and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Experience creating social media strategies, content calendars and engaging content.
- Valuable understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing and conversion tracking.
- Ability to create engaging posts, reels, carousels, captions and advertising creatives.




- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Understanding of campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Meta Business Suite and basic analytics.
- Ability to research competitors, identify trends and recommend creative campaigns.
- Strong English communication, copywriting and organisational skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple accounts and communicate with international clients.
