What You'll Be Doing
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business and talent needs.
• Own the entire recruitment journey from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Assess candidates for skills, mindset, culture fit, and long-term potential.
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.




• Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain hiring dashboards, reports, and recruitment data with accuracy.
