We are looking for an E-Commerce Support Executive to join our E-Commerce & Marketing team at NH Bypass, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage omnichannel customer support and conversational commerce.
• Assist customers through video shopping and personalised styling.
• Monitor customer feedback, Google ratings, NPS, and social media reputation.
• Coordinate order management and logistics.
• Handle social media escalations and ensure a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce customer support, digital sales, or customer success.
• Experience in D2C or marketplace operations is preferred.
