About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hiring.
This role is particularly suited for someone with experience in retail recruitment or high-volume hiring who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers




• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support offer rollout and joining formalities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements

Requirements
• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience in retail or high-volume recruitment preferred
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
