Job Summary

Sky Global Solutions is seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter to market bench consultants and generate suitable job requirements through direct client, vendor, recruiter, and implementation-partner networks. This role involves actively marketing consultants, identifying relevant requirements, submitting profiles, developing vendor relationships, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and closing placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to US clients, vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
- Generate and identify job requirements for available consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, recruiters, clients, and hiring managers.
- Find suitable requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, recruiter networks, and other sources.
- Match consultant skills, experience, location, and work authorization with suitable requirements.
- Submit consultant resumes for relevant job requirements.
- Follow up regularly with vendors and recruiters about submitted profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients or recruiters.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and other placement conditions.
- Maintain and expand the company's vendor and client network.




- Track consultant marketing, submissions, interviews, and placement status.
- Keep consultant profiles, resumes, availability, and marketing information up to date.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Develop business relationships and expand the requirements pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal recruiting and management teams to support consultant marketing and placement.
- Stay up to date on US IT staffing requirements and market trends.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of bench sales and consultant marketing.
- Knowledge of the US IT staffing market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate requirements and build vendor and recruiter relationships.
- Proficiency in consultant marketing and profile submissions.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, and recruitment platforms.
- Strong persuasion, networking, and sales skills.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in bench sales, US IT staffing, or consultant marketing is preferred.
- Experience working with US vendors, recruiters, clients, and implementation partners is an advantage.
- Familiarity with consultant work authorizations such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, green card, and US citizenship is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills may also be considered.
