Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and other digital platforms.
- Identify potential clients in international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead data and daily activity reports.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, IT sales, or inside sales.
