We’re building an AI-native omnichannel dialer platform to transform how businesses engage with customers. As Tech Lead, you’ll spearhead architecture, guide a talented engineering team, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the design and development of our AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.
- Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.
- Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure compliance with DNC, GDPR, and TCPA requirements.
- Build real-time monitoring, analytics, and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.
- Champion DevOps through CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing.
- Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Telephony teams to deliver new features.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong background as a Senior Backend Engineer or Tech Lead.
- 7+ years of overall software development experience, with solid expertise in backend and full-stack application development.




- At least 3 years of recent experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and the ability to build scalable full-stack applications.
- Strong experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience designing and architecting SaaS applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub or GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis.
- Based in Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), omnichannel platforms, contact center products, or dialer solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC, or autodialer platforms is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, speech-to-text, LLMs, speech analytics, or AI-powered customer engagement products is a plus.
