Role Overview

Company: Shree Corporation Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 years in AV sales, IT, ELV, or system integration
Salary: ₹30,000–₹70,000 per month, plus incentives

Drive sales of audio-visual (AV) solutions by developing client relationships and closing new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and leads for AV solutions.
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AV solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the technical team on solution design and project execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
- Develop sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.




- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, recent products, and competitive activity.

Qualifications

Skills
- Proven sales experience in the audio-visual industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies, systems, and solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

Education
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant AV technical certifications are a plus.
