Sales Manager – Industrial & Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee project-based sales initiatives, coordinating with clients and internal departments.
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and customer support teams to support product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analyses.




- Represent the company in client meetings, product demonstrations, and business development events.
- Provide after-sales support to foster long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, project sales, or industrial sales.
- Understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA with a specialization in Marketing is preferred.
