IT Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, team coordination, client management, timelines, budgets, risk management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with development, UI/UX design, QA, business, and client teams.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Conduct project meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage client communication and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment, production releases,



and post-launch activities.
- Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in IT project management.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, resource management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Good understanding of web/mobile application development.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification is an advantage.
