We are seeking a dedicated and experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation and stability of our applications.
About the Role
- Location: Bangalore (on-site)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall experience, including at least 1.5 years in L3 Production Support
- Compensation: ₹10–12 LPA
- Shift: Rotational shifts providing 24/7 support
- Interview mode: Face-to-face (for Bangalore-based candidates only)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 application and production support.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tickets and incidents.
- Monitor application health and perform error-log analysis.
- Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on L3 Production Support experience. Candidates with only L1 or L2 support experience will not be considered.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as AutoSys, Control-M, or similar.
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery.
- Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting.
