Key Responsibilities

Product Development

- Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize and develop new products.

- Create technical specifications, drawings, and prototypes.

- Evaluate materials, processes, and designs for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Testing and Quality Assurance

- Conduct performance tests and analyze results to assess product reliability and compliance with standards.

- Identify and resolve design or production issues.

- Implement quality-control processes to maintain product standards.

Manufacturing Support

- Liaise with production teams to support smooth manufacturing.

- Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

- Provide technical support during product launches.

Continuous Improvement

- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.





- Refine designs based on user feedback and technological advancements.

Collaboration and Communication

- Work with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, marketing, and sales.

- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Education: Post Diploma in Tool Design.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in product design, development, or manufacturing is preferred. Entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply; junior roles may be available.

Skills

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
