Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
- Prospect and qualify potential clients in international markets.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and estimates.
- Follow up with prospects to develop business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Work toward monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in IT services sales or business development.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or international sales.
