We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client onsite and offshore teams to resolve production support issues.
- Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for enhancement requests.
- Manage configurations, migrations, and support activities in accordance with established processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting at least two Oracle Fusion projects in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Proficiency in Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence and OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal and Performance Management, Learning, and HR Helpdesk.
- Solid analytical skills and a solid understanding of business processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and persuade effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of company and industry standards and best practices in technology delivery.
- Skill in interfacing effectively with various organizational departments and IT.
- Ability to work independently with significant latitude for judgment.
