Architectural Leadership

- Own architectural decisions for web applications, APIs, and microservices in consultation with engineering leadership, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Drive end-to-end technical quality, including coding standards, design reviews, and non-functional requirements (NFRs), from architecture through deployment.

- Define architecture for SaaS products, encompassing multi-tenancy, extensibility, and platform scalability, in alignment with the long-term product roadmap.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively to protect sprint and delivery commitments.

- Lead the design and scaling of SaaS applications, promoting best practices in API design, service decomposition, data modeling, and platform architecture.

- Build and scale large-scale, data-driven products in analytics and competitive intelligence, focusing on performance, reliability, and domain-specific use cases.





- Ensure production readiness through capacity planning, performance tuning, observability, and incident-response readiness for delivered solutions.

AI-Native Development (Mandatory)

- Embed and drive the adoption of AI-native practices across the engineering lifecycle, from technical design and solution architecture to code generation, review, quality assurance, and deployment.

- Champion AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot) as standard team practices, not optional augmentations.

- Design and build functional agents and developer-productivity agents to automate repetitive engineering tasks, including health checks, auto-healing workflows, and support use cases for platform components.
