We are seeking a Senior CRM Developer to join our squad of MS Dynamics developers and testers. This role focuses on continuously improving existing MS Dynamics CRM systems integrated with VeriPark products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and resolve design and implementation issues in existing systems.
- Provide timely solutions to incidents and problems to reduce support ticket volume.
- Propose and implement architectural and design changes, and guide other squads in adopting them to ensure consistency.
- Enhance the performance and reliability of CRM systems.
- Define and implement robust software implementation and source code control processes to safeguard pre-production testing and production deployments.
- Perform code reviews to enhance overall code quality.





What We're Looking For

- Robust CRM implementation background.
- Extensive experience delivering multiple MS Dynamics CRM projects.
- Deep understanding of the challenges associated with large-scale CRM systems.
- Expertise in both Azure and on-premises installations of MS Dynamics 365, including design and implementation.
- Experience with VeriPark solutions (VT, VL, VC, VTBL) is desired.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective status-reporting skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
