Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.

- Administer VMware environments and provide virtualization support.

- Set up and manage Active Directory, including user accounts.

- Perform basic MS SQL administration and troubleshooting.

- Configure and manage VPN and RDP access.

- Monitor server, network, and infrastructure performance.

- Troubleshoot basic network and security issues.

- Support data center operations and infrastructure activities.

- Coordinate with clients to provide technical support and resolve issues.

- Contribute to infrastructure and cloud-related projects.

- Help ensure system uptime, backups, and security compliance.

Required Technical Skills

- Basic VMware administration

- Windows Server administration





- Linux server administration

- Active Directory administration

- Basic MS SQL administration

- VPN and RDP management

Desired Candidate Profile

- At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud administration

- Data center operations experience preferred

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Client-facing experience required

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Quick learner with solid attention to detail
