AutoCAD Draftsman & Civil Site Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team as an AutoCAD Draftsman & Civil Site Executive. This role combines technical drafting with on-site project execution and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting

- Prepare accurate 2D civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Revise and update drawings based on engineer and client comments.
- Create general arrangement (GA), layout, section, elevation, and detail drawings.
- Maintain drawing records and document control.

Site Execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor work quality, safety, and progress against project schedules.
- Verify measurements and maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.

Project Support
- Coordinate drawing updates with project engineers and site teams.
- Assist with quantity estimation and preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), where required.
- Assist with billing, quantity verification, and material management.




- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or ITI (Civil Draftsman) with relevant AutoCAD skills.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of civil and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate effectively with project teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit is an added advantage.
- Previous site execution experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
