Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The successful candidate will oversee complex EPC projects through all phases, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead EPC projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop and execute project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change-order management.

- Proven experience managing large-scale EPC projects.




- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as PMI or Agile.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Expertise in risk management, quality assurance, and contract administration.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
